It costs approximately £15.00 to feed one person four times a week on the streets.
If you feel you are able to contribute in this way (the amount can be as little as £1.00 a week), please

Donations of Food and clothes
Food -You may wish to help behind the scenes by donating food, this can be home baked or bought. Here are some examples:

    Frozen/Fresh quiches
    Frozen/Fresh sausage rolls
    Frozen/Fresh pies(sweet or savoury
    Pizza
    Cheese
    Meat for sandwiches
    Sugar
    Cakes individual or slabs etc
    Margarine
    Sultanas and other dried fruit
    Flour
    Sausages (uncooked)
Chocolate bars e.g. Twix, Mars, Taxi’s etc

Sundaries - Items that aren’t eaten, but all help with keeping things fresh and hot.
Here are some examples:

    Tin foil
    Sandwich bags
    Cling Film
    Polystyrene cups with lids

Clothes/blankets - In the winter months people living on the streets often get cold and wet and find it difficult to wash and dry their clothes. An offer of a pair of dry warm socks is really appreciated. Other items are also greatly needed.
Here are some examples:

    Walking Boots
    Warm thick socks
    Warm Jumpers
    Gloves/mittens/fingerless
    Scarves
    Woolly hats or caps
    Thick Jackets/rainwear
    Blankets
    Sleeping Bags
    Tents

Prayer
Of course the most important thing we need is the prayer of God’s people that we might serve the people we meet on the streets and have an opportunity not only to help them with food and clothes etc but to share God’s love with them.
